We are committed to going the extra mile to ensure that we meet and exceed your expectations.  In addition to our standard services, here are some of the extra touches we provide.

• We provide an aftercare program. We visit every surviving spouse and requesting child or parent after a death to assist in anything we can. We also send out timely booklets to assist in the journey of grief.
  
• We record funeral services and can either submit the recording to our website or can create a DVD for the family ... or both.  We recognize that all families do not wish to have the service recorded, so we always ask first.
  
• We create a video tribute, with photos from the life of the individual we are honoring. The family receives the video on DVD at no charge. The video can be viewed through our webpage after it has been created.
  
• We create a memorial candle for every family we serve. This allows us a tangible memorial that may be kept in the home and lit on special occations.
  
• For every veteran family that we serve, we provide Veteran Memorial Pins for all immediate family members. Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services is able to coordinate all military honors as well. We also assist with veteran benefits where ever possible.
  
• We provide a free personalized bookmark containing a photo of the individual have honored, a verse and the obituary.
  
• We make a a donation in the name of your loved one to the Children's Grief Connection.  This organization offers camps for children and their caregivers through Hearts of Hope Camp & Teen Retreat.  They also provide grief resourses to families, schools and communities.
