Patrick James Fobbe

Patrick "Pat" Fobbe, age 69, of Maple Lake, died Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake with Fr. John Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Timothy Catholic Cemetery, Maple Lake. Visitation will be from 8:30-10:15 a.m. on Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake. The funeral and graveside service will be live streamed through the funeral home website for those unable to attend. Universal masking, physical distancing and capacity limitations will be observed.

Patrick James Fobbe was born on September 10, 1951 to Ralph and Dorothy (Juetten) Fobbe in St. Cloud. He graduated from Maple Lake High School with the Class of 1970 and lived his entire life in Maple Lake. After graduation, Pat worked for AaCron Anodizing as a window frame builder; he worked there for over 40 years. Pat was a faithful member of St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake, attending Mass daily. He enjoyed watching sports, deer hunting, fishing, hanging out at the Maple Lake American Legion and playing cards. He loved cribbage and could calculate a hand with a simple glance.

Pat is survived by his brothers and sister, Michael (Jean) Fobbe, Richard (Jolynn) Fobbe and Debra (Grant) Krohn, all of Maple Lake; nieces and nephews, Tara (Bobby) Buermann, Michelle Killian, Shannon (Carrie) Krohn, Shawn Krohn, Brooke Geyen and Jena (Adam) Pauls; and many great nieces, great nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Adam Hansen.

The casket bearers will be Tara Buermann, Michelle Killian, Shannon Krohn and Shawn Krohn. Sarah Goelz will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Maple Lake.
