Debra Kay (Marschel) Clark

Debra K. Clark, age 66, of Annandale, died Sunday, October 11, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital after a 52-year battle with diabetes and a 3-week fight with COVID-19.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 16, 2020 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale with Rev. David Nelson officiating. Please feel free to dress for the weather and bring a lawn chair to sit in. Family has requested that all attendees wear a mask and practice physical distancing while at the cemetery. The service will be live-streamed through the funeral home's website for those unable to attend.

Debra Kay Clark was born September 9, 1954 in St. Cloud, Minnesota to Delbert and Ruth (Gunderson) Marschel. Debbie grew up in Annandale, where she attended school, graduating with the Class of 1973. On September 6, 1975, she was united in marriage to Wayne K. Clark at St. John's Lutheran Church in Annandale. Debbie worked for W.S.I. Industries in Long Lake for 26 years, before working for Foam Fabricators in Maple Lake for 11 years. She retired in 2014. She was a lifetime member of the Randall V.F.W. Auxiliary. Debbie enjoyed playing bingo, taking trips to Las Vegas and spoiling her nieces and nephews. She took up the role of family caretaker after her parents died. Debra leaves behind a legacy of love, care and generosity for others.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Wayne of Annandale; sisters and brothers, Nancy (Les) Rotz of Pelican Rapids, Janice (John) Earl of Sun City West, AZ, Kevin (Linda) Marschel of Corcoran, Ronald Marschel of Annandale, Roger (Linda) Marschel of Otsego, Lori (Scott) Fleischacker of Annandale and Randy (Karla) Marschel of Howard Lake; brothers-in-law, Ron (Karen) Clark of Buffalo and Jodi (Linda) Clark of Buffalo; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Ruth Marschel; and brother, Alan "Whitey" Marschel.

Wayne Clark will serve as the urn bearer. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial and Cremation Services of Annandale.
