Aaron M. Jude, age 42, of Maple Lake, died suddenly on May 25, 2023 in Glenwood as a result of an auto accident.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 3, 2023 at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake with Fr. Kevin Magner as the Celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery, Maple Lake. Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. on Friday and 9-10 a.m. on Saturday, both at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Maple Lake. A prayer service will be held 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral chapel.
Aaron Michael Jude was born February 19, 1981 to Michael and Kathleen Jude. Lovingly known as Doughboy, Aaron grew up in Maple Lake, graduating from Maple Lake High School with the Class of 1999. Aaron has worked for the past 20 years with Morris Sealcoat and Trucking, Inc. In the spring and fall, he could also be found in "Big Blue" helping in the fields. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and his spoiled dog, Mia.
Aaron is survived by his brother, Ryan (Kari) Jude of Annandale; nephew and nieces, Cody Stueven, Alayna Jude, and Makenna Jude; fiance, Becky Rosten; Becky's children, Greta and Gunnar; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Katie Jude; and grandparents, Matt and Annabelle Schaufler, and James and Erma Jude.
The casket bearers will be Chad Walhowe, Adam Schaufler, Larry Marschel, Mike Spike, Steve Holland, Pat Nemec, Nate Couette, and Donny Stumpf. Krista Elsenpeter and Anne Pribyl will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Maple Lake.
